操作图例:
1、在竖井中安装管道
如果在主管的两个支管的附近各装一个锚接物,这样主支管就 可以 在两个楼板之间竖直产生膨胀或收缩,竖井中两个锚接点 间的距离 不能超过30厘米,也可以用其它方法来补偿膨胀现象。例如从主管的分 管中装设“膨胀支管”。

3、外装管网
3.1用机械约束的方法防止膨胀ф20-25
支撑管网也常常采用钢槽吊钩固定在槽上,而槽又能起到固定管道的作用(使用电缆夹)这种施工方法能把塑料管的膨胀量降低到和钢管一样。

3.2、用膨胀回路补充膨胀ф32-110
管网方向改变的各处均可以用来补偿线膨胀量。但是,在8米之内要用一种膨胀回路(U回路),这种方法主要用于ф32以上的管道。在安装锚接物时,要注意把管道分成各个部分,而膨胀力又能被导向所需的方向。
3.2、Use U loop to compensate espansion, ф32-110
The place where pipe network direction changes can be used to compensate linear expansion. In special case, U loop can be used to compensate at 8m inside, mainly for above ф32MM pipes. Attention must paid to split the pipe into several sections when anchoring piece is instanlled and espansion force can be oriented to the direction needed. |
